JURY COMMENT : Bill Botten has a feeling for color. The 3 images we saw each suggested a harmony and balance of color and form that only an experienced painter could achieve. Nothing is out of place and the eye wanders and settles here and there to savor subtle and not so subtle choices that keep things interesting. The images are all of the same caliber and it was almost arbitrary which of the three we chose, but we settled on "Red 25"
