When registering to enter images in one or more
of our competitions or when applying to become a member of ARTROM
GALLERY GUILD we may ask you to provide information that personally
identifies you ("Contact Information"). Such Personal
Information may include your name, phone number, street address,
and e-mail address, etc. On any page that collects Contact Information,
we will specifically describe what information is required in
order to provide you with a service, enter a competition, or register
to become a member.
2. Use of Personal Information
We believe in protecting your privacy, and will
not share Contact Information with third parties outside of Artrom
Gallery except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The information you provide to the website www.artrom.com will be
held in the highest consideration and will not be used in any way
without your prior authorization.
This information will not be given, sold, reused, lent or diffused
in any way.
We may use your Contact Information, such as your e-mail address
or mailing address, to contact you regarding interest expressed
in your work by a gallery, or by someone interested in purchasing
your work, to respond to an inquiry, or to respond to your comments
and suggestions.

This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and
dissemination of information that we collect from you. If you
disclose any information to other parties, through, for example,
email, personal ads, or the like; through third party services
or promotions offered on or through the website www. artrom.com
or through other web sites throughout the Internet, ARTROM Gallery
shall not be responsible for the use or dissemination of such
information. We do reserve the right to disclose Contract Information
when needed to comply with the law or a legal process.
C. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND PROPERTY
RIGHTS

displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with
the website www.artrom.com, including text, photographs, images,
illustrations, html, source and object code, software, data, and
the like (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by
ARTROM Gallery, or the artists exhibiting in the gallery. We actively
protect our rights to the Content to the fullest extent of the
law. Visiters may not use such material except as provided in
this User Contract.
Images submitted for review remain the property of the artist.
No claim shall be made by ARTROM Gallery for the copyright, trademark,
or property rights of the images submitted, nor shall they be
commercialized or reused in any way.
D. USER'S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent, warrant and covenant (a) that no
materials of any kind submitted by you and/or through your membership
account will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights
of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or
other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain libelous
or otherwise unlawful material; and (b) that, if you are providing
information to the website artrom.com, you are at least thirteen
(13) years old. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold
harmless ARTROM Gallery, from and against any and all liability
and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys'
fees, incurred by ARTROM Gallery in connection with any claim
arising out of any breach by you or any user of your account of
this User Contract or as reasonably required in the defense of
any such claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume
the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification
by you.
E. GENERAL DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate
and up-to-date information on the website www.artrom.com, we make
no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content
and assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission
in the Content. You expressly understand and agree that use of the
website www.artrom.com is at your own risk. All content available
through the site is provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis. We make no representation or warranty of
any kind regarding the site, the content, any advertising material
displayed on the site, or the results that may be obtained from
use of such services or sites, including but not limited to that
the site will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely,

In no event shall ARTROM Gallery or the website

special, incidental or punitive damages including, without limitation,
damages related to unauthorized access to or alteration of your
transmissions or data, the content or any errors or omissions
in the content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
and/or (ii) any amount for direct damages in excess of $100.
F. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We reserve the right to change
this User Contract at any time at our discretion and to notify users
of any such changes solely by changing this Use Contract.Your continued
use of the website www.artrom.com after the posting of any amendments
or changes shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such
changes. Please note that your use of the website artrom.com prior
to the time this User Contract was posted will be governed according
to the User Contract that applied at the time of your use, if any.
2. We may modify, suspend, discontinue
or restrict the use of any portion of the website www.artrom.com,
including the availability of any portion of the Content at any
time, without notice or liability.
G. Children's Privacy
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
of 1998, we will never knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental
consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have
collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable
parental consent, we will delete that information from our database
as quickly as is practicable.
