The 4th edition of the ARTROM Scientific and Practical Conference – VISIONS has come to close, concluding yet another chapter dedicated to creativity, research, and the desire to turn ideas into concrete solutions.
VISIONS 2026 in numbers:
📌 22 projects submitted – 22 ideas driven by curiosity, initiative, and the desire to make things better.
📌 15 projects selected – developed and presented to the Evaluation Committee during the final session on October 8.
🏆 5 winning projects, recognized during the Awards Ceremony on October 9:
- 1 project – First Prize
- 2 projects – Second Prize
- 2 projects – Third Prize
Beyond the numbers, VISIONS 2026 represented months of hard work, research, collaboration, and learning. The projects addressed real challenges across our operations, ranging from digitalization and process optimization to energy efficiency, technological improvements, and more responsible use of resources, the reduction of accident risks, the enhancement of occupational health and safety conditions, and environmental protection.
But VISIONS in not just about the award-winning projects. It is about having the courage to propose new ideas, colleagues sharing their knowledge and experience, and different generations learning and building together. It is also about active involvement in the life of the company, each person’s desire to make their own contribution toward improving operations, and about personal and professional development through the experiences and activities undertaken during the program.
Congratulations to all participants! Each of the 15 finalist projects represents a valuable contribution and proof that innovation begins with people who want to change things for the better.
We thank the mentors, the members of the Evaluation Committee, the organizing team, and all those who contributed to the success of this edition.
