Visual Boards & Public Speaking in the intership program

Today, our colleagues from the internship program participated in a practical public speaking exercise, during which they presented their own visual boards – visual representations of their personal goals, values and motivations.

It was a valuable moment of mutual knowledge, authenticity and development. We discovered diverse perspectives, experienced emotions with them and connected beyond professional roles.
