Journal of Visions 2026

📍 Day 1 – Learning with our partners

The first day of VISIONS 2026 was dedicated to meeting one of ARTROM’s long-standing and trusted partners, König Frankstahl, with whom we have built a strong and successful collaboration for more than 15 years.

Our colleagues had the opportunity to visit the company’s facilities and gain a deeper understanding of the journey our products take after leaving the factory, as well as the role they play in supporting our customers’ operations and success.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and a broader perspective on the importance of long-term partnerships in today’s business environment.

We would like to sincerely thank our hosts for their warm welcome, openness in sharing their experience, and outstanding hospitality throughout the day.

The afternoon continued at the ASTRA Museum, where participants had the chance to explore an important part of Romania’s cultural heritage and spend time together in a relaxed setting, strengthening connections and fostering collaboration among colleagues.

📍 Day 2 – Experiential Learning

The second day was dedicated to developing the skills that make a difference in any high-performing team. Through a series of business games designed specifically for the VISIONS program, participants practiced their communication, collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic contexts, managing deadlines and organizing work to increase productivity, close to the challenges encountered in professional activity.

The activities encouraged the exchange of ideas, creative thinking and collaboration between colleagues from different departments and locations, demonstrating once again that the best solutions emerge when diverse perspectives work together for a common goal.

The experience was completed by a pottery workshop held in an authentic setting, where participants had the opportunity to discover the value of patience, attention to detail and the satisfaction of creating something with their own hands. An experience that reminded us that, regardless of the field, every thing well done begins with passion, perseverance, and the desire to continuously learn.

📍 Day 3 At home, in the factory

The program ended with a visit to the Slatina Mill, offering participants the opportunity to better understand the processes, technology and people who contribute daily to ARTROM’s performance. It was a moment of connection with the essence of what we build together and the impact that each person’s work has on the company’s success.

Through VISIONS we continue to invest in the development of our colleagues, encourage collaboration between teams and create contexts in which learning happens from real experiences.

Because when you understand what you build, you start to love what you do. And when you love what you do, you build better.
