🎓 2026 Internship | From Learning to Impact

A valuable internship is about more than just seeing how a plant operates. It involves stepping into the reality of production, asking questions, understanding processes, working alongside experienced professionals, and—above all—contributing ideas that can make a difference.

This year, six students chose to take this step with us. Over the course of several weeks, they worked with our mentors, explored real-world activities and processes within an industrial plant, and translated their experience into six improvement projects:

🔹 3 projects focused on Production

🔹 3 projects focused on Maintenance

The program concluded with project presentations before a panel of senior plant managers. All projects were successfully presented, and the students’ proposals are set to be transformed into concrete improvement actions with significant potential economic impact.

For us, this represents one of the most rewarding outcomes of an internship program: when a student leaves not just with a line on their CV, but having contributed an idea that can lead to tangible improvements.
