ARTROM STEEL TUBES open the first edition of VISIONS Scientific –Practical Conference
In a weekend filled with remarkable achievements, ARTROM team celebrated the first edition of the ARTROM – VISION Scientific-Practical Conference. This success continues a tradition of innovation that began over a decade ago.
The VISION Scientific-Practical Conference aims primarily to enhance production efficiently by actively involving young individuals in addressing production-related challenges, modernizing processes, introducing cutting-edge technologies, including digital ones, and adopting the latest management practices. The goal is to stimulate employees’ interest in learning modern production organization methods and to nurture creativity among young specialists.
VISION Scientific-Practical Conference provides a conductive environment for innovative ideas to meet technology, supporting a passion for change. In the first edition of the conference, 14 visionary and proactive young specialists competed, and their recognition went to the experts within ARTROM, who are spread across both Slatina and Resita plants.
We enthusiastically congratulate the 14 young specialists, as well as the coordinators of their projects who guided them on this path of innovation.
We thank them for their dedication and teamwork, and welcome them into the ranks of the most promising specialists, thus contributing to the formation of the company Artrom Steel Tubes’ management and key personnel reserve.
