Young Olympians Visiting the ARTROM STEEL TUBES Steel Plant in Resita!

Between August 4th and 24th, 2024, the Municipality of Resita is hosting the Summer Mathematics Camp Advances Program for Academic Excellence – Maths 2024 (APEX-m 2024TM), an international event dedicated to the most promising young mathematicians from around the world. ARTROM STEEL TUBES – the Steel plant in Resita has opened its doors to the students participating in the Mathematics Camp! We are proud to support such educational initiatives and to have had the opportunity to show the Olympians a part of what makes Reșița a place of tradition and innovation in the metallurgical industry. Our colleagues in Reșița accompanied them throughout the visit, were delighted to talk and answer the curious students’ questions, and to explore the challenges in the metallurgical industry.
