ARTROM STEEL TUBES has obtained product certification for low-emission hot-rolled steel pipes from the Global Steel Climate Council® (GSCC®)

Global Steel Climate Council® (GSCC®) has certified ARTROM STEEL TUBES‘s low-emission hot rolled steel tubes, making us the fourth member of the organization to receive product-level certification.

The emissions intensity of 0.73 tonnes of CO₂e per tonne of hot rolled steel tubes produced by Artrom’s sole facility in Slatina, Romania, was independently verified by GSCC-approved certification body Rina Services S.p.A., which ensured that Artrom’s product met the strict emission intensity guidelines established by the Steel Climate Standard. This certification highlights both GSCC’s and Artrom’s commitment to transparency and accountability between producers and consumers. By investing in this certification, Artrom is giving its customers verification they can trust, assuring customers that their purchase is supporting a company that manufactures steel products while remaining environmentally conscious.
