The 2^nd edition of the VISIONS Artrom Conference VISIONS comes to a Successful Close! The 38 young participants had the opportunity to present their projects in front of evaluation panels for each section, contributing to the success of this innovative event and at the same time, having the chance to collaborate with mentors and colleagues from Artrom Steel Tubes. Throughout the year, participants discovered what the future of their careers might look like and benefitted from networking sessions and internal training for continuous development.

Between September 12^th and 15^th, our team had the chance to take a break from daily activities through a memorable offsite, organized at the seaside. The event kicked off with a relaxing and energetic evening at a beach club, setting the tone for the following activities.

Friday was dedicated to sports competitions, where teams competed with fair play and enthusiasm. Although the competition was intense, our main goal was fun and strengthening team relationships.

We successfully concluded the second edition with a special event, where we reviewed the key moments of this year’s Conference: visits to the two plants in Slatina and Resita, experiences at the vineyard and related activities, specialized training sessions, practical workshops that fostered collaboration, as well as networking sessions.

We were also honored to receive valuable recommendations from Artrom’s management, including from Mr. Adrian Popescu, Chairman, Mr. Cristian Drinciu, CEO, and the coordinators of each participant. Our colleagues also benefited from dedicated discussions on career development, focused on the next steps and advice for a successful professional journey.

Historical tour in Constanta

On Saturday, our team participated in a historical tour of Constanta, guided by Razvan-Raul Ivan, PhD in history, writer, and tour guide. The itinerary included significant landmarks, such as the statue of the Capitoline Wolf in Ovidiu Square (Lupa Capitolina), the Royal Mosque of Carol the first, and the iconic Constanta Casino. This tour offered valuable insights into the cultural and historical heritage of the city.

We sincerely thank all of our colleagues for their professionalism, dedication, and passion on contributing to this event. We are confident that their expertise and vision will continue to inspire and shape the future of the industry, bringing value not only to our company but also to the entire professional community.
